Automatic battery loading station
Whether it is traditional or EV powertrain, the new automatic battery loading station is the new technology designed for mixed production lines.
The automatic battery loading station is positioned along the assembly line. A robot in the station grips the battery of the electric motor from a buffer line next to the main line and puts it on the central part of the pallet, between the front and the rear mechanical parts of the car. The station is located just before the marriage station.
The automatic battery loading station is one of the most innovative technologies developed by CPM for the new EV production and can be integrated in the Flex Decking or in any assembly line.
